Fish Tape Marker – Automation Systems
This fully automated standalone machine applies length increments and logos to bulk fish tape. It includes a bulk feeding system that handles up to four large spools of fish tape. The fish tape is fed into the marker through four independently controlled feeding lanes. Each feeding lane is servo-controlled and controlled by a PLC. The laser marks all four lanes at once or any combination of lanes up to all four. Each lane also pneumatically cuts the bulk fish tape to the desired length. Independent take-up automation systems re-spool the fish tape after cutting. Fish tape length and marked length increments could be modified for all of the lanes through the front mounted HMI.
